The Al Madinah Region Development Authority has overseen the signing of eight cooperation agreements aimed at enhancing tourism and cultural destinations across the region, as part of its participation in the Saudi Land 2025 pavilion.
These agreements seek to strengthen Madinah’s position as a destination that harmoniously integrates heritage with innovation. Moreover, through focused initiatives, they aim to enrich visitor experiences and attract investment in projects centered on heritage, culture, and community engagement.
Key initiatives include the global marketing of QSAS experiences and the integration of the QSAS museum platform into Umrah Plus travel packages; the addition of Al-Hayy and Jabal Ayr to the City Sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus route; the enhancement of cultural programming through Round KSA; the creation of joint experiences between QSAS and Al-Hayy; the launch of tourism and cultural adventures at Jabal Ayr; and the expansion of QSAS participation in international exhibitions and conferences.
According to the authority, these agreements align with its broader strategy to expand public-private partnerships, stimulate the local economy, and promote sustainable destination development in Madinah and throughout the Kingdom.
