20 Saudi judicial panels, six mobile notaries to serve pilgrims
The Ministry of Justice announced the preparation of 20 judicial departments to consider cases arising within the boundaries of the Holy Sanctuary of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Mina and the Shaar of Arafa, including two departments for labor cases, in addition to 6 mobile notaries to meet the needs and requirements of the pilgrims’ documentation requirements, as part of its preparations for the Hajj in 1443 AH.
The ministry explained that the services it provides during the Hajj season come in the context of the interest that the Kingdom’s leadership attaches to serving the pilgrims and facilitating their journey of faith.
The ministry affirmed taking into account the coverage of the holy sites in distributing the places of judicial departments, while strengthening it with qualified judicial and administrative cadres to facilitate the progress of its work and the completion of all urgent pending cases related to pilgrims.
It indicated that the mobile notaries of justice will provide documentation services for pilgrims and for all those who serve them from the security and health sector employees and others, and everyone who is within the Great Mosque of Mecca and the holy sites, where the service representative for the pilgrim or employees of government agencies participating in the Hajj will come to their location.
It is noteworthy that work in the departments designated for the issues of the Great Mosque of Mecca and the surrounding area, and the two departments specialized in handling labor cases from the beginning of Dhu al-Hijjah to the end of the official working hours of the competent court, and that work in the departments is in the feelings from the beginning of Dhu al-Hijjah until the end of the days of Tashreeq
