WEE Appoints Majd Zaki Baik as CTO
WEE announced the appointment of Majd Zaki Baik as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer.
In this new position, Majd will play a critical role in WEE’s mission to transform urban living for a sustainable, eco-friendly tomorrow. We’re excited to see Majd’s exceptional talent at work as head of the company’s innovative technology solutions; his mission within the company will be to lead the engineering team to the next level by accelerating the company’s path to building and delivering next-generation technologies.
Since 2012, Majd has a strong, tech-oriented background as a software engineer, bolstered by considerable industry experience in executive roles for several leading ride hailing, robotics, and software houses.
Between 2016 and 2020, Majd won a variety of first-place awards at competitions held by KAUST, the Seoil International Invention Fair, and MIT, further demonstrating his excellence in fields such as information security, technology innovation, and engineering.
