The Diriyah Biennial’s cultural program includes interactive cultural, educational, and training programs that are of interest to Jax residents.
One of the events, Wadi Cinema, features an integrated sequence of the richest Saudi films.
It also includes film screenings, seminars, and artistic debates to encourage creative dialogue.

The creative effort focuses on screening classic, artistic, and independent films. The first edition of the program began on December 23, 2021, as part of the Diriyah Biennale’s activities, and will run until March 11, 2022.

During the occasion, five Saudi films will be screened, including “The Lady of the Sea,” which is one of the most well-known.
It is followed by Maha Al-film Saati’s “Fear in Voice,” which revolves around the battle between humanity and society.
It’s the first time the director has strayed from the scope of stories concerning the male-female conflict.
Finally, Hisham Fadel directed the black comedy-drama “Mawal Tani,” which follows an autonomous human life that is continually bullied by its inner thoughts.
