Two photos from NEOM win at the Biological Diversity Exhibition
Two photographs from NEOM have won a a photography competition launched on International Mother Earth Day were used to commemorate biodiversity.
Under the slogan “Building a common future for all life,” Saudi Arabia commemorated the United Nations International Day for Biological Diversity.
The winning images in the competition for the United Nations International Day for Biological Diversity in Saudi Arabia included two photos by photojournalist Mohammed Al-Shuqaqi.
These images depict one of the Neom area’s most attractive and natural sites, where palm trees may be seen.
The United Nations in Saudi Arabia, for its part, expressed gratitude to all participants in the biodiversity photography competition by documenting biodiversity in the Kingdom via its Twitter account.
It also obtained a certificate of participation from the United Nations in the Kingdom and the Convention on Biological Diversity.
