Trump praises King Salman’s efforts and affirms the strong relationship

The White House said that US President Donald Trump and Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz discussed by phone the strengthening of regional security.
The White House statement said: “President Trump spoke with King Salman bin Abdulaziz , where the president praised Saudi Arabia’s presidency of G20.”
“President Trump highlighted the importance of the Ibrahim Accords, and discussed ways to enhance regional security and prosperity,” the statement added.
In the statement, President Trump emphasized the strong partnership between the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, had a phone call today with President Donald Trump, President of the United States of America.
During the call, they discussed the work of the G20, which the Kingdom chaired this year, and the efforts made within its meetings to protect lives and livelihoods to mitigate the effects of the Corona pandemic.
They reviewed the most prominent policies that were agreed upon to reduce the negative aspects of the pandemic on peoples and the global economy.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques affirmed that the Kingdom’s presidency of the G20 will continue to support and coordinate the group’s efforts to confront the effects of the epidemic on the human and economic levels.
On the region situation, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed the Kingdom’s appreciation for the efforts made by USA to bring about peace, stressing on Kingdom’s keenness to reach a permanent and just solution to the Palestinian issue to bring peace, which is the main starting point for the Kingdom’s efforts and Arab Peace Initiative.
