SDAIA, KSU Launch Professional Training program in Generative AI
The Generative AI Academy, in collaboration with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), NVIDIA, and the Artificial Intelligence Office at King Saud University, launched today a professional training program in generative AI. The program was inaugurated at the university’s campus.
This initiative is part of a series of programs and activities by the Artificial Intelligence Office at King Saud University, supported by SDAIA. Additionally, its goal is to develop young national talents and enhance their skills in data and AI technologies.
The program also aims to train and qualify 4,000 Saudi men and women in generative AI, building the capacities of the Kingdom’s future generations. It seeks to develop participants’ expertise to foster innovation and bolster Saudi Arabia’s standing in the AI field.
Training Program Structured into 2 Main Tracks for Capacity Building:
- Certified Trainer Track: Delivered in collaboration with NVIDIA, this track will train and certify elite Saudi experts as NVIDIA-certified trainers, allowing them to join an exclusive global cadre of carefully selected NVIDIA professionals.
- Generative AI Capacity Building Track: This track focuses on equipping participants with skills using NVIDIA’s latest generative AI technologies.
Finally, this program aligns with SDAIA’s ongoing efforts to build national capacities in generative AI, enabling participants to acquire advanced skills in line with global advancements, contributing to the realization of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
