The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) is advancing its Hajj preparedness through a sophisticated 24/7 monitoring system designed to enhance emergency response and field operations during the pilgrimage season.

The integrated system enables continuous field oversight and real-time data analysis, supporting faster and more efficient ambulance response services that align with international standards for crowd management and emergency care.

As part of its operational strategy, specialized monitoring teams conduct both scheduled and surprise inspections to evaluate the readiness of medical equipment, confirm the availability of critical supplies, and ensure ambulance crews maintain the highest levels of discipline and preparedness.

SRCA emphasized that the system plays a vital role in improving the quality of ambulance services while safeguarding the health and safety of pilgrims throughout their Hajj journey.
