Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met today with Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Muhammad Hussein. This was on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) 2023 annual meeting in the Swiss city of Davos.
During the meeting, aspects of the solid and well-established relations between the two brotherly countries were examined, as well as ways to support them in all areas of cooperation, in addition to discussing the intensification of bilateral coordination to achieve the aspirations of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
The two sides discussed strengthening the efforts of the two countries in maintaining security and stability in the Middle East region, in addition to reviewing the most prominent topics on the “Davos 2023” agenda, including advancing sustainable development worldwide.
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Swiss Confederation, Dr. Adel Merdad, and the Director General of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdul Rahman Al-Daoud.
