Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Fahd Al-Dosari toured the Ameen Rihani Museum in the town of Freike in the Matn District on Monday, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Members of the Rihani family, led by museum curator Ameen Albert Rihani, welcomed Al-Dosari during the visit and commended the enduring historical ties between Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.
During the visit, they highlighted the landmark meeting between King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud and Lebanese writer and historian Ameen Rihani in 1922.
The visit provided Al-Dosari with a unique opportunity to tour the museum’s historical and literary galleries and attend a special exhibition celebrating 100 years since the publication of “Rihaniyyat.”
