Saudi Communications Ministry, Google Cloud Launch AI, Cloud Kingdom Tour Initiative
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has collaborated with Google Cloud to launch the “AI and Cloud Kingdom Tour” initiative, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
The program seeks to empower national talent and provide them with all required skills in artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
Through an integrated week-long training model held across 10 regions of the Kingdom, the tour thoughtfully blends virtual sessions with hands-on, in-person practical labs.
The tour will cover Madinah, Buraidah, Al-Jouf, Abha, Tabuk, Dammam, Jeddah, Arar, Hail, and Najran.
By linking theoretical knowledge with practical application, the approach delivers a flexible and effective learning experience.
In line with the fast-changing needs of the technology job market, the initiative features multiple advanced tracks, including generative artificial intelligence, data analytics and machine learning, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and application modernization.
Notably, the program will award participants attendance certificates, completion badges, and skill badges from Google Cloud, boosting their professional qualifications and career prospects.
Targeting students, graduates, developers, technology engineers as well as practitioners, the program also welcomes individuals interested in developing their technical skills.
