Saudi Arabia to host the Arab Radio and Television Festival next November
The Saudi capital, Riyadh, will host for the first time, from 7 to 10 November, the works of the twenty-second session of the Arab Radio and Television Festival.
The festival is organized by the Radio and Television Authority, with the participation and attendance of more than 1,000 media professionals from around the world, and many international media organizations.
The Kingdom’s hosting of the festival, which is considered one of the most prominent media forums, comes to enhance its regional and international standing and confirms its depth in the Arab and Islamic worlds.
The head of the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ESPO), Muhammad bin Fahd Al-Harthy, explained that the Kingdom’s hosting of the festival comes out of its keenness to support the talented young Saudis in the country.
He pointed out that the festival will have a prominent role in upgrading the capabilities of the national media to keep pace with the aspirations and ambitions of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
