Saudi Arabia to Hold Free Health Events in October
Saudi Arabia is preparing to host several free health events in October, aimed at helping citizens adopt a healthy lifestyle and detect diseases early.
Lululemon company will host its largest community event, “Growing Together,” on the occasion of World Mental Health Day.
This health event will take place on Saturday, October 5, in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. It will celebrate health, wellness, culture, and community throughout the day, featuring a packed program of free activities, outlets, and various venues.
The activities will last for just one day and include a variety of events aimed at enhancing mental and physical health. For example, there will be body activation exercises, yoga sessions, and social interaction areas. Organizers encourage participants to engage in exercises, connect with one another, and participate in meaningful discussions about wellness and well-being.
It will be open to both men and women, regardless of their fitness level. It will be supervised by ambassadors from Lululemon and certified fitness trainers for this event. There is no doubt that these free health events provide unique experiences for nourishing the body, mind, and spirit, and they are suitable for attendance whether you have half an hour to spare or the entire afternoon to exercise.

- From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Al-Amariya Hills, Riyadh.
- From 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Baduk Club, Corniche Circuit, Jeddah.
- From 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Power House, Dammam.
