Saudi Arabia announces the launch of 4th phase of urban development in Al-Ula
The Saudi Royal Commission for Al-Ula Governorate announced recently the start of applying for the fourth phase of building permits for the sustainable urban development scheme in the Al-Mahash neighborhood.
This development comes as part of the Commission’s efforts to develop the province of Al-Ula and enhance the quality of life for the people and residents of it.
The Royal Commission for AlUla Governorate affirmed its commitment to promote the urban development of the governorate and to prepare it through a system of programs and initiatives.
The urban development scheme is characterized by an innovative infrastructure. The Royal Commission aims to develop an ideal destination for living and working in the government.
The neighborhood will be provided with several vital services and facilities such as green spaces, sports fields, and parks.
This step is part of the development steps of downtown AlUla, which witnessed the opening of Al Faris International School last April.
Al-Manshiya neighborhood will soon witness the development of Al-Ula station and the surrounding area as an attractive area for visitors and residents.
AlUla Design Studio offers a range of new community services, by providing models of architectural designs that allow residents to choose the most appropriate among them to build their properties.
