At the invitation of the Kingdom’s Attorney General, Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mojeb, Algeria’s Minister of Justice, Abderrachid Tabbi, will travel to Saudi Arabia to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on judicial cooperation.
According to a statement from the Algerian Ministry of Justice, the three-day visit seeks to examine methods to improve cooperation and exchange experiences, as well as sign a memorandum of understanding on judicial cooperation between the two nations.
This agreement supplements the two countries’ treaty framework, particularly the 1983 Riyadh Agreement on Judicial Cooperation and the 2013 Extradition of Criminals and Convicts Agreement.
