Sakani program delivers 100 housing units to beneficiary families in Taif
The beneficiaries of the “City of Roses” project, north of Taif, will begin receiving housing units starting Monday, according to the “Sakani” program of the Saudi Ministry of Housing.
The program noted that more than (100) housing units were delivered to the families benefiting from the project.
It stressed that work is based on delivering the rest of the units to the beneficiaries as soon as possible.
it made it clear that the project comes as a result of an effective partnership with the private sector, through the “Shrakat” program.
The program aims to provide various housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive, subsidized prices.
The “Sakani” program indicated that the “City of Roses” project is being implemented by a coalition of major national and international companies under the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
It comes under the supervision of the National Housing, the investment arm of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, to meet the needs of citizens in Taif Governorate to own their first home.
The “City of Roses” project is located on one of the main roads coming from Mecca (Al-Sail Road), within the urban range of the new neighborhoods in the city of Taif.
The project includes separate residential villas of various sizes, with a commercial entertainment center in the middle, 19 educational facilities, 32 mosques, 13 mosques, and 6 health facilities.
The project includes several gardens, public parks, and commercial centers.
The project, after its completion, also includes pedestrian walkways, gardens, fountains, sitting areas, swimming pools, clubs, restaurants, and cafes.
In addition to a distinctive mountain park covered with trees and roses, an amusement park for children, bazaars, and festivals.
