The inaugural edition of the Global Logistics Forum (GLF 2024) kicked off on Saturday in Riyadh, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Global Logistics Forum, organized by the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, is taking place at the King Abdullah Financial District until October 14, 2024.
The event brings together the global logistics leaders from across the world to discuss the main trends and challenges that face the sector, in addition to the available opportunities. Moreover, it explores opportunities for future cooperation between stakeholders.
The Global Logistics Forum 2024 is a platform that aims to reshape the global map of logistics services. Logistics experts and investors from around the world are taking part in the GLF 2024 to strengthen cooperation and advance the sector’s progress.
The forum involves the launch of several initiatives that aim to foster the sector’s growth by enhancing global communications, showcasing the latest technologies, and supporting innovative solutions in logistics services.
Furthermore, the GLF 2024 focuses on transforming global trade and supply chains, through unifying the efforts of partners to enhance the sector’s efficiency, resilience, sustainability and profitability. It also aims to upgrade logistics services to keep pace with the accelerated global developments.
