The World Scout Foundation conducted an official visit to the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association in Riyadh, led by Board Member and Chair of the Messengers of Peace Oversight Committee, Siegfried Weiser. He was welcomed by Acting Secretary-General Dr. Mohammed bin Hussein.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed progress on the second phase of the Messengers of Peace initiative—an influential global program supported by the Saudi government that promotes volunteerism and peace, aiming to engage more than 100 million scouts in 176 countries.

The discussion also addressed the association’s future strategic plans, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals. Emphasis was placed on advancing the scouting sector and empowering young leaders through initiatives that encourage sustainability and active citizenship.
