Maj. Gen. Tariq bin Ahmed Al-Ghabban Appointed DIR/GEN of Hajj & Umrah Administration
A new chapter begins in the management of one of Islam’s holiest duties as Major General Tariq bin Ahmed Al-Ghabban assumes a pivotal role. In a move signifying the Kingdom’s trust in his abilities, Major General Al-Ghabban was recently appointed as the Director-General of the General Administration of Hajj and Umrah.
His promotion, officially sanctioned by royal decree, was celebrated in a ceremony led by Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Bassami.

Al-Ghabban’s track record as the commander of the Command-and-Control Center for Hajj and Umrah security is noteworthy, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale religious events with millions of attendees.
