KSrelief signs a joint a cooperation agreement with the IOM
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center signed yesterday a joint cooperation agreement with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
In fact, this was on the sidelines of the third Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum.
The General Supervisor of the KSrelief, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, and the President of IOM, Antonio Vitorino signed This agreement.
Under the agreement, the two sides will exchange information, visits, experiences, research, and studies on humanitarian affairs.
The two parts will exchange Invitations to participate in seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
important to realize that they will enhance cooperation in the fields of training and capacity building.
Additionally, operations will also take place soon in the areas of urgent relief aid in emergencies and crises.
This comes within the center’s efforts to enhance joint coordination with UN organizations.
Convention for the Protection of Displaced Yemenis
KSrelief signed yesterday an agreement with (UNHCR) to help the displaced and refugees in several Yemeni governorates.
111,525 will benefit from this agreement directly and 148,700 indirectly, on the sidelines of the third Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum.
The agreement was signed by the General Supervisor of the Center, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, and the High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi.
Obviously, This agreement will provide legal assistance and support for access for refugees.
Accordingly, it will provide psychosocial support and specialized protection services specifically, to the most vulnerable groups.
This comes within the framework of the Kingdom’s efforts, represented by the Center, to enhance the protection environment for refugees and displaced persons in some Yemeni governorates.
Agreement to help Syrian refugees
In a related context, the KSrelief signed yesterday a joint cooperation agreement with the International Association for the Care of Victims of Wars and Disasters.
This agreement aims to enhance health care services for Syrian refugees and the host community in Arsal Governorate, Lebanon.

The agreement will provide health care and psychological, social, and nutritional support to the refugees and the host community
The agreement will develop the national health information and data management system.
As a result, it will support existing federal programs such as programs to combat tuberculosis and infectious diseases.
This agreement comes within the framework of the support provided by the Kingdom, represented by the Center, to Syrian refugees and the needy in Lebanon, and to strengthen the integrated healthcare system.
