Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on Founding Day: We experienced challenges and overcame crises together

 

Saudi Arabia celebrates the founding day and the extension of the glories of renaissance and construction for three centuries.

 

The Saudi leadership receives congratulations from leaders of countries on the founding anniversary. Celebrations spread throughout the kingdom.

 

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, affirmed on the Founding Day that his country has been for 3 centuries, and since its establishment in 1727 AD – 1139 AH, the cohesion and stability in it was “the basis that embodies the nobility of this country, land, and people.”

 

King Salman said in a tweet on his Twitter account, congratulating his people on the anniversary of the founding day that Saudi Arabia “remembers with pride the founding day, since the establishment of the blessed state, during which we experienced various challenges and overcame all crises.” Cohesion and stability were the basis that embodied the longevity of this country, land, and people.

 

This came at a time when celebrations spread to all regions of Saudi Arabia, in which citizens and residents participated, and the joy of this memory was evident, recalling the glories of 3 centuries since the establishment of the state.

 

The Saudi leadership received congratulations on this occasion from leaders and leaders of countries, while Saudi embassies and attachés abroad participated in these celebrations.

 

The Saudi state was founded by Imam Muhammad bin Saud in 1139 AH / 1727 AD, and the journey of building a great state began three centuries ago from its capital, Diriyah.

 

Among the most prominent actions that Imam Muhammad bin Saud did during the period 1159 / 1179 AH corresponding to 1746 / 1765 AD, the start of the unification campaigns, his assumption of leadership, the unification of most of the Najd region, and the spread of news of the state in most parts of the Arabian Peninsula.

 

He also had the ability to secure the pilgrimage and trade routes, making Najd one of the safe areas, in addition to his success in confronting a number of campaigns that wanted to eliminate the state at its inception.
