King, Crown Prince Send Congratulations to New King of Malaysia

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent his congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibin Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, new King of Malaysia, on the on his election as King of his country.

His Majesty expressed his sincerest congratulations and best wishes for success to the new King, and for further progress and prosperity to the people of Malaysia.

Likewise, his Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also sent his congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim ibin Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, new King of Malaysia, on his election as King of his country.

His Highness the Crown Prince expressed his sincerest congratulations and best wishes for success and prosperity to His Majesty, and for further prosperity and progress to the people of Malaysia.

Areas of Cooperation

Earlier this year, in a landmark move, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Malaysia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on anti-corruption efforts. This agreement, spearheaded by KSA’s National Anti-Corruption Commission (Nazaha), marks a significant step towards a collaborative approach in combating corruption.

Bridging Borders Against Corruption

Conversely, KSA, Malaysia anti-corruption MoU is a testament to the shared values and determination of both nations in fighting corruption. This international partnership further strengthens diplomatic relations. It also enhances the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures across borders.

Nazaha’s Role in the MoU

Accordingly, Nazaha, KSA’s leading anti-corruption body, plays a crucial role in this agreement. By sharing expertise, resources, and strategies with Malaysia, Nazaha reinforces its commitment to promoting transparency and integrity in governance, both domestically and internationally.
