The Ministry of Interior has cautioned the public about fraudulent Hajj campaigns and unauthorized offices offering services to domestic pilgrims. It emphasized the importance of not being deceived by misleading advertisements circulating across websites and social media platforms.
The ministry urged individuals to confirm the authenticity of licensed Hajj service providers by checking through the official website of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. It also encouraged the public to report any violations of Hajj regulations by calling the unified number 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region, and 999 in all other regions across the Kingdom.
