Hajj Ministry Launches Multilingual Survey to Gauge Pilgrim Satisfaction for 1446 Hajj

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a new electronic survey to evaluate the satisfaction of pilgrims during the 1446 Hajj season. Open to both domestic and international pilgrims, the survey invites participants to share their insights and experiences.

Available in nine languages—Arabic, English, Spanish, Persian, French, Hindi, Malay, Turkish, and Chinese—the survey aims to ensure that services meet the diverse needs of pilgrims while supporting the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. It is designed to enhance the overall Hajj experience through responsive and high-quality service delivery.
