Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set February 14, 2025, as the final date for international Hajj offices to finalize service contracts for the 1446 AH Hajj season. All contracts must be completed exclusively through the Nusuk Masar platform, designated for international pilgrims.
The ministry has outlined an eight-phase timeline for tasks assigned to Hajj offices. The contracting phase began on October 23, 2024, initiating preparations for the upcoming pilgrimage.
Emphasis on Adherence to Regulations
Officials stress the importance of complying with Saudi regulations governing air and ground transportation. Additionally, adherence to security, health, and procedural requirements specified in agreements between the ministry and Hajj offices is crucial.
After the February 14 deadline, no further contracts will be accepted. Final quotas for pilgrims from each country will then be determined. The visa issuance process will commence immediately thereafter.
Guidance for Pilgrims
The ministry urges Hajj offices to educate pilgrims about compliance with regulations and instructions. It emphasizes the importance of obtaining visas and permits through official channels. Pilgrims must carry identification documents, such as the Nusuk Card, upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.
By adhering to these guidelines, the ministry aims to ensure a seamless and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience for all pilgrims.
