
The Governor of Umluj, Nayef Al-Muraikhi, inaugurated the Third Mango Festival. The event is organized by the local office of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
It will feature 30 exhibitors, including mango farmers, several governmental, private, and non-profit agencies. The festival will take place at the Public Celebrations Center in the governorate.
Acting Director General of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Branch, Eng. Amjad bin Abdullah Thalab, explained that the festival will last for four days and features many entries, including mango manufacturing products. He pointed out that the Ministry’s office aims to help farmers and open marketing channels for their mango products both inside and outside the governorate by organizing this festival.
