First Saudi-US photography exhibition takes place in Jeddah

The Society for Culture and Arts in Jeddah held the activities of the first photographic exhibition on the occasion of the International Day of Photography, in cooperation with the Consulate General of the United States of America in Jeddah.

According to “SPA”, the exhibition includes 48 images representing nature, culture, and civilization in the Kingdom and the United States. It simulates the idea of ​​the image, about the message of the arts to build bridges of cultural and human communication between societies and civilizations. It aims to monitor nature, deserts, archaeological and civil monuments.

The head of the Society for Culture and Arts, Muhammad Al Sobeih, stressed the importance of celebrating international days in the fields of culture and arts and building bridges of communication with everyone.

The US Consul, for his part, expressed his delight in working with the organization in the domains of culture and arts, as well as the magnificent works he saw in the photographic show, which exemplifies the importance of art in civilizational convergence.
