Engineer Abdullah Al-Sawaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, affirmed that the Kingdom is witnessing qualitative transformations and major achievements thanks to the guidance of Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Vision Without Limits
This statement came in response to a question from colleague Mohammed Amin Zahran, representative of Sawahil Al-Jazeera Media Company, during the Internet Governance Forum. The Minister explained that the achieved accomplishments reflect the vision of the Crown Prince, which has raised the ceiling of ambitions to unprecedented horizons, pointing out that the Kingdom has become a global model in pursuing the goals of Vision 2030.
Al-Sawaha said: “There are no longer limits to ambition in the Kingdom, as we have exceeded our goals on various fronts thanks to the inspiration and guidance of His Highness. For example, in the Digital Government Individual Index, the goal was to reach Level 5, and that was achieved. With every accomplishment, the Crown Prince raises the bar of challenges, motivating us to do more to achieve greater aspirations.”
Al-Sawaha also praised the achievements in empowering women, both on the national level and within the communications sector, considering it one of the prominent successes supporting the achievement of the ambitious vision’s goals.
