The Lebanese designer Elie Saab has rocked the stage with a stunning fashion show gathering an elite of global superstars in the heart of Saudi Arabia.
The show represented a strong back to Riyadh Season celebrating Saab’s 45 years in the fashion industry.
Captivating Collection
Held at The Venue zone at Riyadh Season 2024, 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab showcased a captivating collection of 300 beautiful pieces.
Crucially, Saab has designed the Riyadh Season Collection Fall 2025 exclusively for this event, Vogue reported.
Inspired by the classic Arab tales of One Thousand and One Nights, Saab has offered a new perspective and vision through marvellous pieces.
Bold Vision
Saab has set a bold vision to blend fashion with entertainment and bring together Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, Nancy Ajram, Amr Diab, and Camila Cabello for unmissable performances.
Meanwhile, various supermodels walked the runway including Isabeli Fontana, Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Sara Sampaio and more.
Jennifer Lopez
The superstar featured the opening act of the dazzling show with a white, bedazzled arch covered in feathers.
Lopez put on a silver metallic bodysuit to match the glittery white stage. Moreover, she wore an icy cape with bedazzled fringe that matched the ’20s flapper-esque looks on the runway.
Through this elegant garment, Lopez looked like an angel who escaped from Hollywood.
Celine Dion
The Canadian singer captured the attention of the audience with a dazzling metallic gown fit for royalty.
Taking the stage last after Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion sang two songs during the show. First, she performed The Power of Love, a cover of the 1984 song by Jennifer Rush that became a hit for Dion in 1993. Next, she sang an Arabic remix of the 2002 hit I’m Alive, the second single from her album A New Day Has Come, and one that has taken on new meaning for fans in the wake of her health journey.
“This means so much more having seen the documentary – seeing how much she struggled. To see her so full of life, to give such a passionate performance, is something I’ll never forget until my dying day,” an attendee said.
The show also featured a second amazing look by the Lebanese couturier as the superstar put on a baby pink tie-dye print gown. In addition, she styled her hair back in a silk bun giving her a spectacular appearance on the stage.
Expressing her gratitude for Saab, Dion ended the evening with a big hug for the brilliant designer.
