Egypt’s El-Sisi visits Jeddah, meets Saudi Crown Prince
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said he was pleased to meet HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. The president expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi affirmed, on his official page on the social networking site Facebook, the depth and strength of bilateral relations between Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, looking forward to developing and strengthening them in all fields, in a way that achieves the common interests of our two countries, and the aspirations of our great peoples.
For his part, Chancellor Ahmed Fahmy, the official spokesman for the Republic Presidency, said that the two leaders praised the close and distinguished historical relations that bind the two brotherly countries at all levels.
The two sides stressed the importance of the visit in developing these brotherly relations, and their mutual keenness to enhance cooperation in all fields, for the benefit of the two fraternal peoples, in addition to continuing coordination and consultation regarding regional and international developments and issues.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi arrived Sunday evening in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
