According to a senior official at the Authority, the effectiveness of Monsha’at has so far seen more than 3,500 visitors. It is worthy to note that Monsha’at organised an e-commerce tour event.

The e-commerce tour event and the Saudi E-Commerce Council has been a remarkable platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their business activities and connect with like-minded individuals. The tour has made stops in major cities such as Jeddah, Asir, Riyadh, and Madinah, attracting a diverse range of companies and organizations.
Over 46 entities have introduced their business activities during the tour, providing valuable insights into the e-commerce landscape in Saudi Arabia.

More than 1,000 people have attended the tour’s workshops, gaining valuable insights into various aspects of e-commerce, including digital marketing, logistics, and customer experience. Additionally, over 500 individuals have benefited from personalized counseling sessions, receiving guidance from experienced consultants to overcome challenges and optimize their e-commerce strategies.
