Cristiano Ronaldo the legend arrives in Riyadh to join Al-Nassr Club
Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese legend arrived in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Monday evening as a player in the Saudi Al-Nassr club, after promising his fans with a meeting soon.
Through his account on social networking sites, Ronaldo took a video while he was on his way to the capital, Riyadh, to join the team.
Al-Nassr Club is preparing to hold a party to unveil the star on Tuesday evening at seven o’clock Saudi time.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi club had officially signed a contract with the 37-year-old striker until 2025.
A history full of achievements
Ronaldo’s career began in Sporting Lisbon, after which he played for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus
He returned to Manchester for a second term, and then headed to the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
With Portugal, Ronaldo won the European Cup 2016 and the European Nations League 2019.
Ronaldo also won five European Champions League titles, including 4 with Real Madrid, and is the historic top scorer of the tournament.
The signing ceremony of the contract was also held in Madrid, Spain, in the presence of the Portuguese legend and Musli Al Muammar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Nassr Club.
It was decided that the 5-time Ballon d’Or winner would wear the number “7” during his tenure with the Al-Nassr team.
