Forty-eight male and female artists took part in the “Creativity Without Borders” art exhibition held at the library, showcasing around 80 national artworks. Moreover, the collection included paintings, sculptures, and handicrafts. The exhibition also featured additional activities, such as live drawing sessions, aimed at supporting and nurturing artistic talent.
The Vice President of the Saudi Art Club, Fawziah Al-Malki, explained that the art exhibition, workshops, and accompanying courses will continue until the end of September. She also pointed out that the club, which is one of the hobby clubs affiliated with the Quality of Life Program, has more than 600 male and female artists as members. In a short period of time, it has successfully formed 4 teams across the Kingdom.
The club branches’ participation in this occasion and other events aims to spread the culture of visual arts to society. Furthermore, it highlights Saudi art at home and abroad, as well as attracting and training creative people and bringing them to professionalism.
