Cityscape Global Returns to Riyadh: Shaping the Future of Living

Saudi Arabia will host the second consecutive edition of Cityscape Global from November 11 to 14, 2024. The event, themed “The Future of Living,” will take place in Malham, Riyadh.

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program, is behind the event. Tahaluf, a joint venture of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, the Events Investment Fund (EIF), and Informa PLC, is organizing the exhibition.

World’s Largest Real Estate Event

Cityscape Global is the world’s largest real estate exhibition, attracting over 400 institutional investors and leading global brands. Key participants include US-based architecture firm HKS Inc., German company HPP International, and Singapore’s Edwin Cheong, owner of Emotive Experience Art Studio.

Specialised Platforms and Networking Opportunities

The event will feature seven specialised platforms showcasing innovative projects in technology, sustainability, and quality. One platform will focus on stadiums and mega events, while another will highlight young entrepreneurs’ experiences. A networking lounge will encourage collaborations and partnerships.

Conferences and Summits

Key highlights include the Future of Living Summit, the Asset Horizons conference, and the Institutional Investors’ Forum. The event will focus on design and architecture (DNA), while also exploring innovations in real estate technology.

Global Participation and Vision 2030 Alignment

More than 400 exhibitors will participate, including AFEX – Architectes Francais à L’Export, a French association representing over 200 architecture professionals. Flambard Williams, a UK real estate company, will make its Cityscape debut, offering high-yield opportunities in top UK cities like Manchester.

Cityscape Global aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to improve the quality of life and attract foreign investment. The participation of international companies highlights Saudi Arabia’s growing real estate market and strong economy.
