By: Omnia Osama— Amid global Media spotlight, Chinese giant brand OMODA JAECOO have premiered their first EV & PHEV Technology at Riyadh Global EV & Mobility Technology Forum (GMETC).
OMODA Jaecoo displayed their vehicles in an 8×8 booth and was the center of media attention five days ago during the event.
OMODA’s E5 was exhibited as environmentally friendly crossover SUV fueled by new energy sources as well as pure electric vehicle that supports state-of-the-art technology.
The E5 was expected to be capable of charging from 30% to 80% in just 28 minutes, consuming as little as 15.5 kWh of electricity per 100 km.
Additionally, OMODa’s E5 was supposed to feature state-of-the-art low-carbon technologies and materials.
The Chinese brand has targeted to achieve energy efficiency and long battery life as its showcased model can travel up to 430 km on a single charge.
On the other hand, JAECOO’s J7 PHEV presented during GMETC was expected to kick off soon in Saudi Arabia market.
J7 PHEV was set to stimulate the urban elites needs and desires through the combination of modern technology with powerful motors.
Moreover, JAECOO’s vehicle supports seven driving modes for various scenarios like desert, mud, and snowfields, leading in six dimensions.
It was noted that OMODA Jaecoo’s are more than a brand, they will revolutionize the automative car market by creating a different ecosystem. Also their vision goes in parallel with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
