China has displayed its latest defense and military products, as part of its participation in the third World Defense Show (WDS 2026), according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Running from February 8-12 in Riyadh, the WDS 2026 brings together 1486 exhibitors from 89 countries, alongside several government entities and leading national and international companies to display cutting-edge innovations across air, land, sea, space, and security domains.
In light of this, China’s pavilion at the WDS 2026 hosts various companies and entities introducing visitors to defense systems, radar technology, thermal imaging, and night-vision cameras, alongside advanced technologies in sensing, surveillance, and operational support.

The pavilion has attracted a significant turnout from international officials and experts in the military and security fields, seeking to explore the latest advancements in the Chinese defense industry.
The General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) organizes the event, under the theme “The Future of Defense Integration,” serving as a strategic platform for major manufacturers, innovators, and investors.

The WDS 2026 aims to exchange knowledge, advance technology transfer, and explore modern military technologies in order to enhance and develop the armed forces, ensuring they are capable of confronting potential threats.
Furthermore, the event showcases massive transformations in Saudi Arabia’s defense sector. It also emphasizes the Kingdom’s commitment to creating a sustainable local military industries sector, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to localize more than 50% of military spending by 2030.
