Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held a meeting in Riyadh on Sunday with Sri Lanka’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Overseas Employment, and Tourism, Vijitha Herath, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

During the talks, both ministers reviewed the bilateral relations and discussed various regional and international issues of mutual concern.
To celebrate 50 years of diplomatic ties between the Kingdom and Sri Lanka, Prince Faisal honored Herath with a commemorative postage stamp at the end of the meeting.

The meeting witnessed the attendance of the Director of the South Asia Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Majid bin Abdulrahman Al-Otaibi.
