‘Digital Saudi’ Event in Madinah Showcases Innovation, Digital Achievements
Madinah Region Governor Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz highlighted that the Kingdom’s impressive progress in digital transformation stems from the steadfast support of Saudi Arabia’s wise leadership.
He made this statement while attending the Digital Saudi event, organized by the Digital Government Authority in collaboration with Taibah University, and attended by several government officials. The event brought together 21 public and private sector entities.
During his tour of the accompanying exhibition, the governor reviewed key digital achievements and the range of electronic services offered to beneficiaries.
Among the showcased initiatives was the Madinah Regional Municipality’s launch of the ‘Sabr’ platform—an AI-powered analytical system designed to transform data into actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate municipal services.
In addition, the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque introduced a unified transportation portal, which integrates all transportation services within the two holy mosques into a single platform, ensuring a safer and more seamless experience for pilgrims.
