The Association of Secretaries-General of Arab Parliaments held its 46th session in Algeria, under the chairmanship of Mohammed Al-Mutairi, Secretary-General of the Shura Council and President of the Association.
The meeting took place alongside the 38th Conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union in the Algerian capital.
Discussions centered on enhancing the technical and administrative competencies of parliamentary staff. Participants exchanged experiences and best practices in human resource development, highlighting the need for continuous skill-building and comprehensive training programs for legislative council employees.
