King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority on Sunday launched the activities of Naylat Camp in Hail Region, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Running for 45 days, the camp is located at the Naylat area within the borders of the nature reserve in Hail Region. Owing to this strategic location, the Naylat Camp is home to diverse natural formations, including high mountains, plains, plateaus, golden sands, and clear sky. It is also a haven for serenity and relaxation.

Furthermore, the camp is equipped with full amenities that enhance visitor’s experience and provide complete environmental relaxation. The Naylat Camp also features many activities, such as camel and horseback riding, hiking trails, stargazing, and exploring archeological and historical sites at the reserve.
The King Salman Royal Reserve Development Authority holds several social activities as part of its commitment to boosting sustainable ecotourism, raising awareness about preserving natural sites, and highlighting biodiversity and nature beauty within its terrain. Moreover, the King Salman Royal Reserve provides seasonal job opportunities and supports the local community.

The nature reserve spans an area of 130,000 kilometers, making it the largest reserve in Saudi Arabia. It is located north of the Kingdom, and consists of three primary conservation areas which are Khunfah, Tubaiq, and Harrat Al-Harra.
The King Salman Royal Reserve is located within four provinces: Hail Region, Tabuk Region, Al Jouf, and the Northern Borders Region. It comprises around 300 different species of animals, including rare and wild animals. It also includes ancient monuments that date back to 8,000 BC.
