The Secretary of the Al-Baha Region, Dr. Ali Al-Sawat, said that the region has recorded the highest growth in the number of tourists in the Kingdom over the past three years.
Al-Sawat added during his interview broadcast on Al-Ekhbariya channel, “We had a significant presence of visitors and tourists, even from outside the Kingdom, in addition to more than 500 events over a period of more than two and a half months.
He continued, that the Al-Baha region has relative tourism components and advantages. This poses challenges for us to keep up with this growth in the number of visitors to the region. Therefore, we are keen every year to prepare for the following year by offering new municipal parks and squares and raising the quality of projects.
Al-Baha region offers a variety of tourist experiences, including outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, as well as enjoying traditional markets and local cuisine.
In conclusion, Al-Baha is considered one of the best destinations in Saudi Arabia for enjoying peace and relaxation in the embrace of nature, thanks to its diverse terrain and beautiful natural landscapes.
