
(Ikrām Makkah) in Makkah, took a significant step towards strengthening food security by signing 15 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with various sectors involved in providing services to pilgrims.
Partnerships with Diverse Entities
(Ikrām Association) for Food Preservation in Makkah entered into these MoUs with entities from the hospitality sector, as well as institutions catering to the needs of pilgrims in different capacities. The primary objective behind these agreements is to enhance food security.
Highlighted Collaborations
Mr. Ahmed Harbi Al-Mutairi, the director of (Ikrām Makkah), specified some notable collaborations. Firstly, these included agreements with King Abdulaziz for the Two Holy Mosques Endowment (“Clock Towers”).
Secondly, the company serves Arab pilgrims, “Ashraqat,” the “Rwaf Mona” company, and several charitable and cooperative organizations.
Ikrām Makkah Crucial Role in Hajj, Umrah Services
Mr. Al-Mutairi highlighted the important role of different sectors in organizing Hajj operations and serving the guests of the Rahman annually. Additionally, these partnerships aim to showcase the country’s positive aspects and, consequently, maintain high-quality operations and procedures.
