President of Federal Republic of Somalia Meets Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs

Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, met today in Kampala with Waleed Elkhereiji, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs.
At the beginning of the meeting, the vice minister conveyed the greetings of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, expressing their sincere wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of Somalia.
In response, the Somali president asked that his greetings be conveyed to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, along with his wishes for further development and prosperity for the Kingdom and its people.
The meeting also included a review of bilateral relations between the two countries, with discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and addressing issues of mutual interest.
