Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has urged pilgrims to secure their Hajj permits through authorized channels and to abide strictly by all regulations and guidelines, according to the Saudi Gazette.
The ministry also underscored that the Hajj visa is the only entry permit allowing its holder to perform the Hajj, stressing that all permits must be obtained through official channels in line with approved procedures.
These regulations are applied to ensure a smooth and well-regulated journey from arrival to the end of the rituals.
By strictly adhering to permit requirements, pilgrims can fully benefit from services across the holy sites as the ministry has also boosted safety through an integrated system for crowd management and the orderly movement of pilgrims.
At the same time, the ministry warned against engaging with unofficial channels or fraudulent offers advertising unauthorized permits or visas.
The authorities clarified that such practices could bar pilgrims from performing their pilgrimage or even make them face legal penalties.
