
The Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council’s committee on trade, industry, investment, infrastructure, and energy convened its second meeting yesterday via video conference.
The session was co-chaired by Assistant Minister of Investment Ibrahim Al-Mubarak and Türkiye’s Deputy Minister of Trade, Mustafa Tuzcu, and was attended by representatives from member entities on both sides. Discussions focused on strengthening economic and investment cooperation and exploring opportunities to expand bilateral partnerships across sectors of shared interest, with the aim of reinforcing collaboration between the public and private sectors in both countries.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to develop a work plan featuring 22 joint initiatives in key sectors. These initiatives cover areas such as investment, trade, finance, energy, industry, mining, science and research, technology, food and agriculture, environment, transport, and infrastructure, all aimed at further strengthening economic and investment cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Türkiye.
