The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) has introduced the official logo for Saudi Arabia’s Year of Artificial Intelligence 2026, following its approval by the Cabinet. The launch reflects the Kingdom’s strong commitment to accelerating the development of artificial intelligence and strengthening its position as a global leader in data and AI, while showcasing the country’s progress in this advanced field.
The logo incorporates meaningful symbolism in its design. The palm tree represents Saudi Arabia’s national emblem and cultural heritage, while the letters “AI” emphasize the innovation and technological advancement that support digital transformation and inclusion under Vision 2030.
Its color scheme also carries significance: the green of the palm tree reflects the Saudi flag and the Kingdom’s national identity, while the blue tone symbolizes digital technology and the nation’s ongoing advancement toward a more sophisticated technological future.
Accompanying the logo is the official hashtag for the initiative: #SaudiAIYear.
SDAIA launched the logo to create a unified visual identity for all initiatives, programs, and events related to the Year of Artificial Intelligence 2026. These activities—organized by government, private sector, and non-profit entities—aim to highlight national achievements and further elevate the Kingdom’s regional and global standing in data and artificial intelligence.
