Saudi women are playing an increasingly vital role within the Ministry of Interior’s security system, proving their capabilities across fieldwork, administrative duties, and specialized positions. Their contributions extend to local, regional, and international events, where they help organize exhibitions, support security operations, and provide community and family healthcare services.
At the World Defense Show currently taking place in Riyadh, the ministry is spotlighting women’s significant contributions to safeguarding public security, protecting lives and property, and enhancing overall safety. Their responsibilities also include serving pilgrims during Hajj and Umrah through field coordination, monitoring, translation services, traffic regulation, and implementing safety measures.

In addition, women are actively involved in crime prevention, environmental protection, document restoration, and the advancement of digital services. They contribute to data analysis and the enhancement of operational processes in line with the Kingdom’s digital transformation goals. Saudi women also serve in the unified security operations centers (911) across Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, where they handle and manage security reports.
