US GOVERNMENT CONDEMNS LATEST ATTACKS BY HOUTHIS

The US government condemned the latest attacks on Saudi Arabia against the civilian targets, calling it unacceptable.

US State Department spokesperson Ned Price said, “These attacks are dangerous. They put civilian lives at risk.”

Condemning the attack, he called on all parties to seriously commit to a ceasefire and engage in negotiations under UN auspices in conjunction with the US Special Envoy Tim Lenderking.

Two ballistic missiles were fired toward the city of Khamis Mushait on Monday by the Iran-backed Houthis. The attacks are the latest in a series that have targeted the Kingdom in recent weeks.
