Saudi Arabia has selected Syria as the Guest of Honor at the third edition of the “Made in Saudi” exhibition that will take place in Riyadh from December 15 to 17, according to Arab News.
Organized by the Saudi Export Development Authority, the exhibition reflects the evolving economic partnership between Saudi Arabia and Syria.
It further reaffirms the shared commitment of both countries to further strengthening industrial collaboration and expanding mutual cooperation frameworks.
Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham will host the event under the symbolic message “We Resemble Each Other,” with a Syrian pavilion featuring more than 25 companies representing various industrial and service sectors.
Syria’s Minister of Economy and Industry Mohammad, Nidal Al-Shaer, will head the Syrian delegation and lead efforts to enhance shared economic interests and boost regional sustainable development.
Notably, the exhibition will provide Syrian companies with a dynamic platform to expand Arab industrial networks, exchange expertise with regional manufacturers and investors, and collectively elevate the cross-border industrial ecosystem.
The “Made in Saudi” exhibition aims primarily to solidify the prominence of Saudi Arabia’s domestic manufacturing and service sectors on both regional and global stages.
It also seeks to position homegrown products as vital drivers of the Kingdom’s economic growth.
