Iman Al Mutairi, the Executive Director of Marketing, Identity, and Communication at Al Soudah Development Company in Saudi Arabia, announced that visits to Al Soudah Peaks will commence in 2027. It expected to each completion by 2033.
Al-Mutairi, in an interview with Al Arabiya BUSINESS at the World Travel Conference, stated that Al Soudah Peaks comprise 6 distinct regions showcasing heritage and geographical diversity.
She stated that Al Soudah Peaks is a mountainous destination in Saudi Arabia at an altitude of 3,015 meters above sea level.
Moreover, she indicated that visitors to Al Soudah Peaks will flock to this tourist destination in 2027 after the completion of the first phase of the project.
Al-Mutairi also reported that Al-Soudah Peaks includes many projects under development to attract tourists to Saudi Arabia.
Peaks of Al Soudah
Last September, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Soudah Development Company, launched the general plan for the project to develop Al Soudah under the name “Peaks of Al Soudah,”. It aims to develop a mountainous tourist destination luxury.
Asir “Qimam Washim”
Furthermore, this destination is situated at 3,015 meters above sea level, atop the highest peak in Saudi Arabia’s Asir region. It’s part of the Public Investment Fund’s initiatives to support the region’s development strategy, Asir “Qimam Washim”.
The Crown Prince, Chairman of the Board of Al Soudah Development Company, stated that the Al Soudah summits will redefine luxury mountain tourism with living experience. Finally, The project supports Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting tourism and entertainment. This will also drive economic growth by increasing the GDP by over 29 billion KSR and creating thousands of jobs.
